yeouyaSquee! As seen on the homepage of the Atherton twins (they're Castor and Pollux in Cirque du Soleil's Varekai and perform the aerial straps together): Cirque's opening a resident show in LA in 2011! Exciting. More ways to spend money! And finally, my Cirque icon makes sense again.
I still love the monochromatic photoshoot here. Well, the rest of the pictures on the site are pretty, too. Some I hadn't seen before tonight.
Er, also, I am going to be doing a friend's list cleanup today/tomorrow. It's not based on commenting (on either of our parts, since I fail at commenting on most peoples' journals, even though I do read them >.>) or drama, or me hating anyone or anything... mostly just things (my tastes, me in general, fandoms) changing. Some people will stay regardless, because I am clingy. :P So basically, this is your typical, please-don't-be-offended notification.
I think it will be my LJ New Year's Resolution to comment more, at least on peoples' journals, and for downloads and things (I barely read fic these days, but being more timely on comments for that would be good too *still owes Liv andprobablyIris a comment*). I had thought of something like posting/making X number of icons per month or something, which would also be a good idea >.>, but it's really the people that make LJ different from posting on a personal website or whatever. I'm usually intimidated when I make new LJ friends - I don't feel like I should/can comment on entries about their "real lives" because I don't know them well enough, but obviously, I won't be able to get to know them if I just lurk and read and don't ever say anything. XD It would also be nice to talk to more people on Gtalk (or elsewhere, but Gtalk is really the only thing I consistently sign in on these days, so I'll start there), since I used to talk to lots of people on a regular basis and now talk to... two on a daily basis, and maybe three or four more on occasion. ...man, even my online social life is kinda dead.
I was not really at all productive today, so... tomorrow it is! In the true spirit of procrastination. :P
